Choosing the Wrong Type

If you’ve never purchased a home before, you may not know which type of inspection to get. There are several types, only adding to your confusion. Two of the most common are home inspections and general inspections. After receiving a home inspection, you get the opportunity to make a list of what the seller needs to fix prior to closing on the deal. If they are not cooperative, of course you can walk away.
